Yashika Senadheera

Yashika has been practicing in Victoria as a lawyer since 2004. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria. She is also a Notary and Advocate of the Sri Lankan courts. Yashika holds a Principal Practicing Certificate.

She has practiced in various law firms in Ringwood, Melbourne CBD and Footscray before joining our law partnership. She has practiced primarily in the areas of property, conveyancing, immigration, family law, VCAT and litigation. She takes a particular keen interest in all property law matters and immigration law.

Yashika handles all aspects of conveyancing for our firm including mortgages, sales and purchase, first home owner grants, stamp duties, due diligence, and settlement.

She also handles business sales, the making of Wills and resolving matters of separation and divorce.

Yashika takes a keen interest in legal issues affecting the wider community and understands the needs of our clients. She can often be found late into the night working on legal submissions, discussing cases with our clients and ensuring legal issues are all addressed in detail and to satisfaction.

Yashika is passionate about ensuring our clients are all well looked after and in maintaining the highest standards of professional legal service and skills.

Yashika accepts briefs and instructions in property law, family and immigration.
